Process of PU Wheels

1. Raw materials formulas

Raw materials of polyurethane wheels include polyester polyol (component A), isocyanate (component B),subsidiary

We got patent formulas about high-performance PU wheels.

2. Put raw materials of PU wheels into polyurethane foam machine.

3. Foaming

Raw materials of PU wheels are injected into mould. Waiting for 5-10 minutes accordingly to PU wheels size.

4. Cut sides

Take PU tires out from moulds, then cut sides.

5. Cooling

Put PU tires on tray until cooling.

6. Inspection

Every PU tires must be checked, then test some samples by machines.

7. Install rims into PU tires

8. Packing

Polyurethane wheels are packed accordingly to customer’s needs.
